Peak State Approach was built as a health and wellness resource to assist the community in coping with the Covid 19 Pandemic. Webinars, Q and A's, and fitness workouts for all levels were provided online due to gyms, health clubs, and fitness centers being closed down.

My passion is to help others improve their health through education and exercise prescription. I started the company to provide a valuable online educational platform that provides Health, Fitness, and Wellbeing solutions to the community.

I decided to start a successful weightloss campaign due to my A1C approaching Pre Diabetes diagnosis. I was working out consistently sometimes even twice a day, but my food choices needed to improve. My Cardiologist challenged me to eat no fast food or fried food for 3 months in order to lower my blood glucose and A1C, but no one had ever asked me to do anything like that before. I felt overwhelmed by the request being that I come from a city im Memphis, Tennessee where my thoughts were as long as I am active I can eat whatever I want. I accepted the challenge, but knew it was going to take lots of discipline and effort. I overcame by taking it one day at a time and having food prepped and water available whenever I became hungry or thirsty. I didn’t have a chance to think, want, or crave fast food due to being already satisfied from what I prepared at home. By the time the 3 months was over I had lost 30 pounds! I had more energy, my work/personal life productivity has increased, and I felt extrenely more confident in my health status.

Taking control of my health lead to the mission of Peak State Approach, which is to educate, inspire, and activate the community into making positive
behavioral and healthy lifestyle choices in efforts to improve one's quality of life.
