“Exercise is his name and living healthy is his game”, born and raised in Memphis, Tennessee, “Clint” played baseball, basketball, and football. He learned the importance of discipline, hard work, and dedication at a young age. As he matriculated through Clark Atlanta University on a football scholarship, his knowledge of exercising, healthy eating, and spending time in water became a lifestyle. Through this, he purely understands the necessity of physical literacy about mind, body, and longevity.

Clint continued his education and graduated from Georgia State University, where he primarily studied “Exercise Science”.

He has been an Exercise Physiologist with Piedmont Hospital for over ten years. Those years have proven to produce a consummate professional, certified to train, educate and develop various safe active curriculums catered to each individual.

Clint has also shared his knowledge, being the keynote speaker for a program called “Exercise is Medicine”. A doctor referred fitness program for patients with chronic health conditions and for those who are at high risk of developing chronic conditions. Clint’s clients are 6 months to 94 years old, attending detail-oriented classes, which include group fitness, one on one exercise prescription, water therapy, and swim sessions.

Outside the field of exercise and physiology, Clint also has enriched himself within different fields. He has experience as a Red Cross Water Safety Instructor and holds Certifications in multiple skill areas.

Furthermore, he excels in public speaking and has been around the circuit throughout metro Atlanta by way of Coca-Cola Wellness Expo, Atlanta Walk for Breast Cancer, Diabetes Resource Committee, Arthritis Foundation Walk, United Way, MDVIP, Exercise In Medicine, The Boys and Girls Club, Girls Scout of America, Delta Airlines, Pulmonary Disease Support Groups, World Spine Day, Reimagine Atlanta After School Program, Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Omega Psi Phi Fraternity, Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity, and Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority.

Eager to continue his path of educating individuals through public speaking, Clint is determined to promote healthy long-lasting lifestyles, through his exuberant motivational speeches, that ignite the fighting spirit and promote healthy living for all.
